Working Group Chair:

The BEMS Trailblazer Employer group is chaired by Wendy Belfield.

The BEMS Controls Engineer (Trailblazer) Apprenticeship Employers' Group oversee the development and delivery of the Apprenticeship.  It is an employer-led group, with the needs and experience of employers in the sector driving development to ensure Apprentices obtain the skills and experience needed to thrive in the Building Controls industry.

  • Ongoing activity to ensure a robust but logical End Point Assessment process for the Apprenticeship

  • Promoting T-levels as a pathway into the BEMS industry

  • Formal review of the Level 4 BEMS Controls Engineer Apprenticeship
