Management change at Kendra Energy Solutions – with Stuart Davis becoming CEO

Kendra Energy Solutions has announced the appointment of Stuart Davis as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking an exciting new chapter for the business as it continues to grow and evolve.

Stuart brings more than a decade of experience within Kendra, having joined the company in 2013. During his time as Divisional Director for London, he led the business to a turnover of more than £10 million in under 10 years, building a strong team and delivering consistent value for clients.

His appointment builds on the solid foundations established by former Managing Directors Chris Mills and Gary Ford, whose leadership has shaped Kendra into the trusted business it is today.

Chris Mills will move into the role of Executive Director, and Gary Ford will transition into the role of Executive Chairman. Both will remain actively involved in the day-to-day business, while placing increased focus on strategic initiatives to drive the continued growth and development of the company

A natural progression

Promoting from within, Stuart’s appointment reflects Kendra’s belief in developing its people and maintaining a strong, values-led culture. Having worked closely with teams and clients across the business, he brings both continuity and fresh perspective to the role.

As CEO, Stuart will focus on strengthening client relationships, expanding service capabilities, and accelerating the rollout of Kendra’s energy technical solutions in response to rapidly shifting UK energy demands. This includes advancing capabilities beyond traditional building management towards more predictive, data-driven approaches, leveraging technologies such as AI-enabled optimisation, digital modelling, and enhanced analytics platforms like PROActiv to deliver smarter, more proactive energy performance for clients.

“My journey here has given me a real appreciation for what makes Kendra special, our expertise, our relationships, and our commitment to delivering real value. As CEO, my focus is on building on those strengths while continuing to grow and evolve in a changing energy landscape.”

“I believe strongly in openness and collaboration, both within our teams and with our clients. By working closely together, we can continue to deliver meaningful results and support businesses through the challenges and opportunities ahead.”

With Stuart at the helm, Kendra is well positioned to build on its strong track record, supporting clients with increasingly intelligent, low-carbon, and data-driven approaches to energy management while continuing to evolve in line with a fast-changing market.
